65 Water is a single-tenant building occupied by long-time tenant, John Fluevog Shoes and is located in the heart of historic Gastown. Once a vacant lot, Reliance Properties transformed the space into a 43-foot-high glass atrium with views of Vancouver’s harbour and the North Shore mountains.
