Originally constructed in 1891 and renovation completed end of 2016, The Janion building is located on the highly-traveled Johnston Street bridge pedestrian/cyclist commuter route. The Janion is a new Victoria landmark that connects the urban waterfront with the energy and activity of old town. Home to 122 fully occupied micro-loft homes above, and prime commercial space with a south-facing patio at grade, the Janion will soon become a new centre of activity in old town.
